Our History

Vascimini Woodworking Craftsman

In Italy, in the early 1900’s, a legacy of exceptional craftsmanship began with Pasquale Vascimini. Continuing with his sons in New York the passion for fine woodworking grew and was passed to yet another generation of the Vascimini family. Michael Vascimini, Senior, continued the family business from Brooklyn, New York to Homosassa, Florida, keeping the craftsmanship and tradition alive.

Today, the fourth generation of Vascimini Woodworking, Michael Vascimini, Junior, has joined his father in continuing the family’s traditional woodworking legacy. Michael Jr. has elevated woodworking by integrating innovative design and technology into every project Vascimini Woodworking undertakes—all while preserving the quality craftsmanship passed down from his father. In addition to being accomplished craftsmen, both father and son have Engineering degrees from the New York Institute of Technology and the University of South Florida, respectively.
